One of my new favorite recipes this year. This dip is one that anyone can make its a great one to serve or bring to any party, kickback, or gathering.
This recipe is one I always keep in rotation due to its simplicity & flavor that it brings. This is a beginner level one that anyone can create, & its perfect because you can serve it cold or bake it & have it warm. Its versatile & can feed many.
This dish can serve up to 4 adult portions. To increase size double the recipe.
Prep 10 Minutes
Cook 10 minutes
1 cup (1 8oz tub) vegan cream cheese
1/2 cup vegan mayo
4-5 cups packed fresh spinach
1/2 Cup of artichoke hearts
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
salt and pepper to taste
1. In medium bowl add spinach, vegan mayo, vegan cream cheese, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, artichokes , onion powder, lemon juice.
2. Mix everything well together until the dip has a thick consistency.
3. Add salt & pepper to taste.
4. Put the dip in a bowl & serve with chips of choice I used (sweet & salty plantain chips)
5. Eat & enjoy!
So you all just seen how I crafted this amazing yet simple Artichoke Spinach Dip. Packed with flavor & has some great nutritional benefits as well such as fiber & protein. Serve this at parties, cookouts, or just a quick snack for when your at home. Can’t wait to see how you all’s turns out.
