Everything You Need to Know About the Autumn Equinox

As we say goodbye to the scorching days of summer and welcome the crisp, golden hues of fall, we find ourselves at a pivotal moment in the natural world – the autumn equinox. This celestial event marks the point when day and night are of equal length, ushering in the official start of autumn. But it’s more than just a shift in seasons; it’s a time deeply intertwined with spirituality, herbal wisdom, and the quest for balance. Join us as we explore everything you need to know about the autumn equinox and how to embrace it in its full splendor.

The Science of Equinoxes

To truly appreciate the autumn equinox, it helps to understand the science behind it. The word “equinox” itself comes from the Latin words “aequus” (equal) and “nox” (night), and that’s precisely what happens during this event. As the Earth orbits the sun, its axial tilt causes the sun’s rays to strike the planet at different angles throughout the year. On the day of the autumn equinox, this tilt positions the Earth in such a way that both the Northern and Southern Hemispheres experience nearly equal amounts of daylight and darkness. In the Northern Hemisphere, this equinox typically falls around September 22nd or 23rd, marking the beginning of fall.

The Spiritual Meaning of the Autumn Equinox

Beyond the science, the autumn equinox holds profound spiritual significance. In various cultures and belief systems, this time represents a harmonious balance between light and dark, day and night, and an opportunity for inner reflection.

It’s essential to recognize that we, too, are intrinsically connected to the cycles of nature. Just as the leaves transform and fall from the trees, and the days transition from bright and warm to crisp and cool, we, too, undergo shifts within ourselves. We are, in essence, living reflections of the natural world, and the changing seasons provide profound insight into our own internal transformation.

Lessons for Fall

1. Harvest and Gratitude: Many traditions celebrate the autumn equinox as a time of harvest and thanksgiving, expressing gratitude for the abundance of the season and the fruits of their labor.

2. Balance and Renewal: Symbolically, the equinox is a reminder of the importance of balance in our lives. It encourages us to find equilibrium in our daily routines, relationships, and inner selves.

3. Letting Go: Just as trees shed their leaves, the equinox encourages us to release what no longer serves us. It’s a time for shedding old habits, grudges, and negativity.

Herbs to Use in the Fall

As fall arrives with its vibrant tapestry of colors, it brings forth a unique array of herbs that align perfectly with the season. These herbs are not only known for their enticing flavors but also for their numerous health benefits. Let’s explore a handful of herbs that are particularly beneficial during the fall months:

  1. Cinnamon
Cinnamon is the embodiment of fall’s warm and comforting essence. Its rich, sweet aroma and spicy flavor make it a favorite addition to both sweet and savory dishes. Beyond its culinary uses, cinnamon is renowned for its ability to regulate blood sugar, making it an excellent choice for those seeking balance in their diet.
  2. Ginger
Ginger’s fiery warmth is a perfect match for the cooler autumn weather. This herb is celebrated for its digestive benefits, helping to ease discomfort after hearty fall feasts. Additionally, ginger has anti-inflammatory properties, making it valuable for soothing aching joints and muscles as we transition into the season.
  3. Clove
Clove’s aromatic and slightly sweet flavor is synonymous with autumn spices. It has been used for centuries in traditional medicine for its analgesic and antibacterial properties. Clove essential oil can be especially useful for oral health, and its warm scent is often associated with holiday baking.
  4. Cardamom
Cardamom’s sweet, floral notes add depth to autumn recipes. This versatile spice not only enhances the taste of dishes but also aids digestion and provides relief from indigestion and bloating. Incorporate cardamom into your teas, desserts, or even savory dishes for a delightful twist.
  5. Allspice
As the name suggests, allspice combines the flavors of several spices, including cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg. Its warm and fragrant profile makes it a quintessential fall spice. Allspice is known for its anti-inflammatory properties and can be used in both sweet and savory recipes to add depth and complexity.
  6. Echinacea
Autumn’s arrival also brings an increased risk of seasonal illnesses. Echinacea, with its immune-boosting properties, is a valuable ally during this time. Whether you choose to consume it as a tea, tincture, or in supplement form, echinacea can help strengthen your body’s defenses against colds and flu.
  7. Rosemary
Rosemary’s robust and earthy aroma makes it a delightful herb for fall cooking. It is known for enhancing memory and mental clarity, offering a gentle boost as the days grow shorter.
  8. Thyme
Thyme’s savory and aromatic profile elevates autumn soups, stews, and roasted dishes. Beyond flavor, thyme is renowned for its antimicrobial properties, helping to ward off seasonal ailments.
  9. Orange Peel
The zest of oranges captures the essence of fall’s harvest. Orange peel adds a burst of citrusy freshness to recipes and is rich in vitamin C, supporting your immune system during this transitional season.

Natural Tips & Tricks for a Peaceful & Pain Free Period

Welcome to The All Natural, where we celebrate the sacredness of a woman’s moon cycle, honoring the spiritual purpose it holds in our lives. In this article, we delve into the indigenous roots of menstruation as a rite of passage, connected to the cycles of the moon. We will explore practices, herbs, and rituals that promote an all-natural and painless moon cycle, fostering a deep connection with the divine feminine within. Let us embrace the wisdom of our bodies, harmonize our moon cycles, and nurture our well-being on this sacred journey.

The Spiritual Purpose of a Woman’s Cycle

A woman’s moon cycle is an intrinsic part of her spiritual journey, mirroring the natural cycles of life, death, and rebirth. It is a time of profound intuition, heightened sensitivity, and potent creative energy. Embracing the spiritual purpose of this cyclical process allows us to align with our innate wisdom and connect with the divine feminine energy within.

Why a MOON Cycle?

In ancient traditions and some holistic practices, there is a belief that a woman’s menstrual cycle aligns with the phases of the moon, creating a connection between her body and the lunar cycle.

When a woman menstruates with the full moon, it is often associated with heightened energy, creativity, and a sense of renewal. The full moon is considered a time of illumination and abundance, and bleeding during this phase is believed to enhance these qualities.

Conversely, menstruating with the new moon is thought to be a time of introspection, release, and cleansing. The new moon represents a fresh start, making it an opportune time for self-care and reflection. Embracing these connections between a woman’s cycle and the moon phases can be empowering, allowing her to embrace the natural rhythm of her body and find greater harmony and peace during her period.

The 4 Phases/Seasons of a Womban

A woman’s menstrual cycle can be divided into four distinct phases, each mirroring the cyclical changes observed in nature during the four seasons.

Menstruation, the first phase, corresponds to winter. Just as nature retreats and sheds old layers during this time, a woman’s body sheds the uterine lining and begins bleeding. It is a period of rest, reflection, and renewal.

The follicular phase follows, aligning with spring. During this phase, hormones stimulate the growth of follicles in the ovaries, symbolizing the rejuvenation and growth observed in the natural world during this season.

Ovulation represents the vibrant energy of summer, as an egg is released and ready for fertilization, much like the blooming flowers and buzzing life during this time.

Finally, the luteal phase corresponds to autumn, where hormonal changes prepare the body for potential pregnancy, reflecting the slowing down and preparation observed in nature before the colder months.

Understanding these connections between a woman’s cycle and the four seasons can deepen the appreciation for the natural rhythms that govern her body and foster a deeper sense of harmony with nature. Embracing this cyclical aspect can also lead to a more peaceful and balanced menstrual experience.

Right of Passage

Indigenous cultures have long recognized the significance of a woman’s moon cycle. It is viewed as a sacred initiation and right of passage, marking her transition into womanhood and connecting her to the rhythms of the moon. Many celebrate this time and gift the woman with waistbeads to symbolize her initiation.

By embracing these ancient wisdom traditions, we honor our roots and embrace the profound power of our moon cycles.

What is your Cycle Telling You?

Our moon cycle serves as a profound reflection of the state of our sacred womb. When experiencing heavy bleeding, excruciating cramps, prolonged cycles, and other distressing symptoms, our bodies are trying to communicate that something is off.

These symptoms should not be ignored or continuously masked with prescription drugs, over-the-counter painkillers like Advil or Tylenol, or birth control. Instead, it is crucial to listen attentively to our bodies and address the root cause of these manifestations.

These discomforts may be an indication of underlying imbalances, unresolved emotions, or unhealed traumas.

Rather than suppressing the symptoms, our menstrual cycle calls us to embark on a journey of self-discovery and self-care. By nurturing our bodies, minds, and spirits, we can seek out natural remedies, holistic practices, and compassionate support to heal our womb at its source.

Embracing this mindful approach can lead to a deeper connection with our bodies and a more peaceful, harmonious relationship with our menstrual cycles. Remember, our moon cycle is a sacred guide, gently urging us to prioritize our well-being and listen to the wisdom it imparts.

Our Khemetic ancestors possessed a profound understanding of the human psyche, allowing them to harness the power of emotions in their creative endeavors. They were masters of artistic expression, whether it be through painting, sculpture, or architecture, captivating generations with their breathtaking works. Music flowed through their souls, and they composed melodic symphonies that stirred the depths of our beings. Deeply attuned to the natural world, they recognized the life-giving force of water, perceiving its rhythmic flow as a metaphor for existence itself. They revered the rivers and understood the vital role of water in sustaining life, incorporating its symbolism into their rituals, beliefs, and artistic representations. The Khemetic civilization thrived as a sanctuary where emotions, creativity, and the profound connection to the essence of water intertwined, leaving an indelible mark on the legacy of human culture. We must return to our nature!

Engaging in self-care practices that support emotional health is essential. This can involve setting boundaries to protect our emotional energy, practicing self-compassion, and engaging in activities that bring joy and fulfillment.

Developing emotional intelligence is another important aspect. This involves recognizing and understanding our own emotions, as well as empathizing with the emotions of others. By developing empathy and effective communication skills, we can enhance our relationships and build a supportive community.

Additionally, seeking professional support through therapy or counseling can provide a safe space to explore and process our emotions, gain valuable insights, and develop strategies for emotional well-being.

Engaging in creative outlets, such as art, music, or writing, can also serve as powerful tools for emotional expression and self-discovery.

The calming presence of water can promote relaxation, reduce stress, and soothe the mind and spirit. Research suggests that being near water can enhance feelings of tranquility, improve mood, and increase overall well-being. For melanated individuals, who may carry intergenerational trauma and face unique stressors, immersing oneself in the healing power of natural bodies of water can be particularly therapeutic. It provides an opportunity to reconnect with nature, find solace, and foster a sense of belonging within the natural world. Whether it’s taking a walk along the shoreline, swimming, or simply sitting by a peaceful body of water, incorporating these experiences into a holistic lifestyle can contribute to emotional restoration, rejuvenation, and a deeper sense of connection to the natural environment.

Finally, building a strong support network of friends, family, or community organizations can provide a sense of belonging, validation, and emotional support. By incorporating these examples of emotional self-care into our holistic lifestyle, we can nurture our emotional well-being, foster resilience, and create a foundation for overall holistic wellness.

Spiritual Connection: Reawakening the Soul’s Highest Potential

Nurturing our spiritual health is a vital aspect of living a holistic lifestyle, particularly for melanated individuals who often have a rich cultural and spiritual heritage and a rich history of resilience and spiritual strength, making it all the more vital to tap into these roots and reclaim our inherent power.

The Khemetic ancestors were deeply spiritual beings, fostering a profound connection with the divine in all its forms. They recognized the presence of the divine in every aspect of life, perceiving God’s essence in nature, animals, and the cosmic forces. Their rituals were intricate and purposeful, serving as a means to commune with the divine and channel divine energy. Magic held a significant place in their spiritual practices, intertwining the mystical and the practical. They studied the hidden laws of the universe, delving into the realms of alchemy and metaphysics, harnessing the power of intention and manifestation. Through their spiritual pursuits, the Khemetic ancestors sought enlightenment, unity with the divine, and a deeper understanding of the mysteries that pervaded existence.

Cultivating spiritual practices allows us to realign with our values, find solace during challenging times, and experience personal growth.

Spiritual well-being involves connecting with our inner selves, finding meaning and purpose, and cultivating a sense of transcendence beyond the physical realm. Engaging in practices that align with our personal beliefs and values can nourish our spiritual health.

This may include participating in religious or spiritual rituals, such as prayer, meditation, or attending worship services. Connecting with nature, whether through walks in natural settings or gardening, can also foster a sense of spiritual connectedness and awe.

Exploring ancestral traditions and embracing cultural rituals can be a powerful way to honor one’s heritage and deepen spiritual connections. Engaging in acts of gratitude and mindfulness can further enhance our spiritual well-being. Practicing gratitude involves consciously acknowledging and appreciating the blessings and abundance in our lives, fostering a sense of interconnectedness and contentment.

By nurturing our mind, body, and soul, we unlock our innate potential for growth, healing, and resilience!

Everything You Need For the Leo New Moon + Lion’s Gate Portal

Are you ready to step into the Lion’s gate 8/8 portal? A guide for the initiation.

What is a New Moon?

A new moon is the breath of fresh air after a full lunar cycle. A lunar cycle happens about every 28 days. A new moon is a great time to hone in on the lessons from the prior lunar cycle so that you can truly integrate them stepping forward into the current energies being bestowed upon you. New moons are also a very powerful time to set your intentions for what you want to implement and learn in the new cycle.

How Does the Moon Being in Leo Affect us?

Leo is the zodiac of the sun itself. In its divine form it is ultimate warmth, unique truth, sacred confidence and a true giver of self. This energy from the sun being in its native sign since July 23rd has driven us back into all of our lions hearts. Illuminating the truths that shine through us straight from our soul.

This energy has blessed us with the divine confidence to trust our inner guidance and to truly beam our lights fully without fear.

Its really demonstrated just how calculated spirit is with leo coming after cancer, the mother of the zodiac. Nurturing ourselves and going within so that our seed has the endurance to breakthrough and expose itself to the world in leo.

This moon isn’t about perfection, it’s about loving yourself through all your phases ENOUGH to share. To just be is true freedom. Leo is demanding you to be free in all that you are. Spirit created all of us with our own celestial blueprint that ONLY we have. The leo new moon is asking us to STAND in it no matter what phase it’s in.

Alrighty Nerds, Let’s Put Our Goggles on and Get into The Sciencey Scienceness Aspects

The leo new moon is happening on 8/8 at 16° Leo and is in conjunct with Mercury at 23° Leo. Which is when two planets look at each other like “aye you fine, lets be aligned” and they line up directly which blends their vibrations and work together.

The moon represents our emotions, while mercury represents communication, logic and
rationality. With these two aspects working together it gives us an opportunity to look at the emotional truths we’ve told ourselves and decide if they are truly logical when it comes to our core truth.

It also is helping us articulate our emotions and channel them in an outlet to be
expressed. We are recognizing how vital it is to just be so that our fellow humans can feel
comfortable in just being too.

Although Leo is the sign of the self it loves to basked in and to give off its light. Together we
shine much brighter in our authenticity then we ever could apart with masks.

What is this Lion’s Gate Portal Everybody is Talking About?

As you’ve probably heard this moon is on Leo crack because it is aligned with the peak of the
lions gate portal on 8/8. The lions gate portal is the rising of the star sirius, the brightest star in the sky that disappears from our night sky for a period of time before rising and thus activating the lions gate portal.

Sirius is associated with liberation and its rising was linked with the Nile flooding in ancient Khamit. Giving birth to a very fertile time spiritually because Sirius is considered the sun of our spirit. Light codes being downloaded, DNA being activated and consciousness evolving rapidly are all heightened greatly during this time.

The numerology of 8/8 is an infinite energy of success, progress and achievement. Which is
also super aligned with all the leo energy.

This is a time to get serious about what you’re manifesting. This energy is a surge of fertility for our dreams and desires. Make sure it is aligned with your inner truth because the energy is powerful and a great gift. As we know, with great gifts comes great responsibility. Which goes back into how calculated spirit is because in the next couple weeks we will enter organized and
responsible virgo grounding all of the activations from precious and vigorous leo.

A Ritual for the New Moon in Leo

Step one: Write your intentions on a sheet on paper

Step two: anoint the paper with a blessed oil to help activate the manifestation (orange, lemon, & cinnamon are great for emanating leo energy) but use what you got intention is more powerful than anything.

Step three: pick a candle (white, orange or yellow are preferred but again intention is everything.
The most powerful part of this is the flame) (also life hack, dollar tree has multi colored long neck candles great for altar work and rituals)

Step four: put your written intentions under the candle. Say a prayer and light the candle.

Step five: focus on the candle light, project your visualizations onto it gratefully asking the fire to assist in alchemizing this visual to reality. Pay attention to how the flame burns.

Tall & strong: your confidence will bring this to fruition

Dancing wildly: your manifestations foundation is molding to be able to bring this to fruition

Dim: requires more belief within you to manifest

A Ritual for the Lion’s Gate Portal

Rise with sun and meditate with its warming light. Become aware of the light codes absorbing into your skin. Ask it to speak to you. Write and share the messages given. Also visualize it activating your manifestations like crops from the sun rays of father creator.

When night falls, meditate in the light of shining sirius. Imagine your vision in the womb of the night sky growing and being given life to by mother creator.

Journaling Questions for the Energy

What keeps you from expressing your full self?

What people, beliefs and habits keep you from doing so?

How can you release these things without guilt but with love?

What acts make you feel like your full self?

Imagine the person you want to become, hold that image in your head and connect how you would feel as them for at least 1 minute. Write all the details from the vision as if its the present.

If you could live any life you wanted without financial limits or “i can’t because”. What life would you choose? Write it out in the present and remember if you can see it in your minds eye, it’s achievable.

How to Transition to a Plant Based Lifestyle

If we aren’t being taught how to grow our own food, how to take care of ourselves and our families, and how to live without the need for huge governments, banks, and corporations – as our ancestors once did – then we aren’t being educated; we’re being indoctrinated to be dependent  and subservient to the system.

-Gavin Nascimento

1. Find the Drive

Learning about the truth behind food is exactly what I needed to give me a kick start to taking control over my health.

The world is over populating, we are plagued by a fearful energy that causes greed, egos, hate, and lies. Industries can’t keep up with the demands of a growing world. Instead of truly helping heal, most food industries are after more money. Capitalism is killing us. The way the system is set up, the continuously growing population will continue to even out and money will continue to grow because we’re being fed complete bullshit that deprives our health and our pockets. It’s a system; a scam.

According to the post traumatic slave diet, the dynamic of the African American family is broken. Mom and dad are out working all day and night to keep mouths fed and a roof over the family. We need quick, cheap, and easy meals. In my opinion, the fast food industry is capitalizing off the middle and lower class neighborhoods. Offering unhealthy food for an exchange of convenience and affordability. Our ignorance is depreciating our health everyday. Toxic food is cheap and easily accessible. Yet, healthy food is overpriced and only available in certain places.

The rich get richer, the poor get poorer, and the sick get sicker.

We Are Consumers

We buy genetically modified foods; designed to make us sick and need prescriptions. We buy prescriptions; designed to cover up symptoms and  keep us buying more. Man-made drugs aren’t meant to heal; they are meant to temporarily cover up symptoms, while causing more in other places of the body. So, we have to keep purchasing them in order to feel good.

Stats say 680,000 people die yearly from an unhealthy diet and 72,000 people from prescription drugs over car crashes, homicides, and murders. Even more than tobacco and alcohol; those of which are still legal. It’s okay to sell products which will eventually cause diseases but millions of minorities are in jail for possession of a dime bag? The prison industry is a big money maker too; just saying.

*Sips tea and burns more sage*

The companies that make the most money are selling us toxicity. Then, according to the documentary What The Health, those same companies who sell us food to make us sick, sponsor organizations like American Cancer Society, Susan G. Komen, and American Diabetes Association to make you think they are out here looking for a cure.

Many diseases are ultimately the cause of what we put in and on our body. Which is also the only way to cure our body. Get educated and stop the cycle.

EVERYTHING is passed down through genes until healed. We’re talking about our quality of life, our kids, and grand kids  lives now.

The system is built to keep us controlled and dependent on it. Let’s stop letting food and drugs depreciate our health while making a profit.

Learn a deeper understanding of the vibration food has on our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health in my NEW BOOK!

2. Re-Program Your Mental Energy

Ignorant – Lacking knowledge or awareness

Ignorance is not bliss when it comes to understanding what we are feeding our body. We grow up on with no knowledge of healthcare; what nourishes us and what heals us. We eat whatever is sold at the grocery store (that we can afford) not once thinking to look at what’s in it or where it came from. We don’t know what makes us sick; we just assume all humans get sick, it’s a normal part of life. Once we’re sick, we depend on doctors to tell us exactly what to take and for how long. Not even knowing what’s in the drug. It’s so easy to control everyone. Through our ignorance, we listen to whatever “the professionals” tell us through the school system, social media, news, and TELL-A-VISION.

Many things we believe we need and desire in food are things we have been taught, conditioned, and programmed to believe. Our subconscious mind has been fed all sorts of ideas around food and our mind has agreed and made those our reality. This has created our relationship with food. Our brain has constructed our eating habits and It’s difficult to change the brain pattern that’s been building our entire life. So, we must re-program our brain to reprogram our relationship with food and our eating habits.

If you tell yourself “I could never go plant based.” You my friend, will never go plant-based because you can only achieve what you believe.

Everyone is capable of going plant-based; it’s your mind that’s telling your body you can’t. Your entire body, including your taste buds, listens to what your mind tells it. Your body is following what you keep telling yourself. So, as a result, when you attempt to make the switch, your body is feeling sick, feeling weak, lacking nutrients, and craving foods you once ate because you told your body it wouldn’t sustain itself by eating plant-based.

Transitioning to a plant based diet is very mental. Its unwinding the old beliefs and food propaganda we’ve been consuming since birth. It takes self control, wisdom, patience, and creativity. If we’re not in the right mental state going plant-based is almost impossible. So, we must work on our mind first. Once we get it vibrating higher, our body follows, making it much easier to change and adapt.

  1. Research – Watch a documentary or read up on plant based nutrition. We must reconstruct our mind to understand the needs of our body through food education.                                                                               https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I-GQYK-UrRQ   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X1QDkpUPiI8       https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IxVR53xemSs
  2. Agree and Affirm – Repeat affirmations to yourself about how you are willing and capable of living on a pant-based diet. Tell yourself you are going to provide your body with the nutrients it needs. In order to change our beliefs and habits we must agree and affirm the new information.

3. Love Yourself

To have enough self discipline, patience, and drive to transition to plant-based you must put your self love above all else. You must love yourself enough to make the changes necessary and put in the work for a healthier lifestyle. You must love yourself enough to want better for your mind, body, emotions, and spirit. You must love yourself enough to want to break out of the self depreciating cycle you’ve been in.

Ask yourself, “Do I love myself enough to choose not to fill my body with with toxic energy?”

If yes, GREAT.

If no, that’s OKAY. Begin practicing self-love by simply saying “I love myself” out loud. For more self-love practices read my NEW BOOK LOVE STARTS HERE

4. Take it Easy

Once you make the decision to transition to a plant based lifestyle, be kind to yourself! Take it easy, have cheat days, and shift slowly. Results are better when whining off certain habits slowly; one at at a time and keep building. Cut out one thing, then gradually keep eliminating more things from your diet.

  • Cut out red meat (pork and beef) consistently for at least 1 month.
  • Cut out poultry (chicken and turkey) consistently for at least 1 month.
  • Cut out seafood (fish and crustaceans) consistently for at least 1 month.
  • Cut out dairy (milk, cheese, and creams) consistently for at least 1 month.
  • Cut out processed and GMO foods (white sugars, white flours, pre-packaged meals, canned foods, etc) consistently for at least 1 month.
  • Base your diet around the new plant foods you’ve been gradually consuming for the past 5 months.

Understand, a plant based diet is PLANT BASED, meaning what we consume is based around plants. This does not mean we can never eat another animal product again.

Its called balance.

Affirmations and Meditation For Releasing Anxiety

“If you’re depressed you are living in the past. If you are anxious you are living in the future. If you are at peace you are living in the present.”

Lao Tzu

Anxiety is a very common mental health issue affecting many people of all ages. The common denominator with those experiencing anxiety is a focus of fear toward something in the future; typically based on a past trauma or experience from the past. When we hold onto fears and trauma from the past we can subconsciously create repeating scenarios by expecting, preparing, and fearing they will occur in the future.

Luckily with time and care we can weaken the brain patterns, thoughts, and fears of our future by reaffirming our safety and peace in the present moment.

These affirmations and guided meditation were designed to help us gain control over our anxious thoughts, reaffirm new ones, and find peace where we are now.

Write, read, or listen to these affirmations when anxious thoughts arise.

Affirmations and Meditation For Releasing Anxiety

Whenever I feel that inner restlessness,

that strive for something outside of me,

that urge, and seeking for something to distract me.

When I feel the need to engage in something of the external world,

just to distract me from feeling my inner world.

That is ANXIETY.

An unfulfilled restlessness inside of me,

that seems unable to be distracted.

When I’m feeling this feeling, understand it’s okay.

Understand I can release this feeling.

When I feel this anxiety within, this means I have fear or worry about the future.

I need to go within.

What am I fearful of in my future?

What am I nervous about in my future?

What am I thinking about my future?

As I think about these things filling my mind,

I am taking a deep breathe.

I am releasing these fears.

I am releasing all worry with every exhale.

I understand that the future is perfectly aligned.

The universe, my angles, my ancestors, and all light surround me everyday.

I am guided through my future.

Every situation, every person, and every place is a collection of divinely guided experiences,

Guiding me toward unconditional love.

So, I am releasing all restlessness, worry, and fearful thoughts or beliefs about my future.

I am here right now.

I am safe.

I am joyful,

I am at peace,

right now.

Right now in this present moment is exactly where I need to be.
