Policy Details


You can return your item 30 days from the date you received it.
Items that can’t be returned include: Discounted / Sale Items, Food & Beverage, digital products, Services, Opened Cosmetic products, and/or Worn clothing & accessories.
For all returns, please include the purchased item, along with: Proof of purchase and Return form.

Shipping Fees


You are responsible for most return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to ship your return.
Exceptions: The All Natural will cover shipping fees in when Items are damaged and/or defective or Customer did not order item.

Restocking Fees
The All Natural does not charge restocking fees.

Process Details


To return your purchase from The All Natural , place the item securely in in its original packaging, if possible, along with Proof of purchase, Return form. Please mail your return to the following address:

Refunds


Return refunds: After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, The All Natural will process your return. Please allow at least 2 weeks to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. The All Natural will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Non return refunds: After receiving a request for a refund for non returnable items such as; services, food & beverage items, opened cosmetic products, and/or worn clothing & accessories, The All Natural must approve the reason for refund request. Non returnable products may or may not receive refunds if items are: substantially passed expected shipping time, lost or stolen during the delivery process, and /or the customer is severely dissatisfied with the quality of product or service.
