Instructions: How to Make Herbal-Infused Body Wash

1. Prepare the Herbal Infusion

Place your herbs and distilled water into a heat-safe glass jar or bowl. Set over a double boiler and gently heat for 30–60 minutes. Do not boil. Let the herbs slowly infuse, releasing their medicine into the water. Let the infusion sit for 30 more minutes – 24 hours for stronger infusion.

2. Strain & Cool

Strain the infusion through cheesecloth or a fine mesh strainer. Allow the liquid to cool completely.

3. Set Your Intention

Before blending, pause. Speak gratitude into the infusion. Set an intention for nourishment, protection, softness, or renewal—whatever you wish this wash to carry into your daily life.

4. Blend the Body Wash

In a clean bowl or bottle, combine:

6. Bottle & Label

Add 1-2 pumps of body wash onto your sponge/towel with a bit a water and lather up!
